The Council of Citizen Participation and Social Control has been consolidated as a collective space of contribution and work to make the country a reality where everyone is an active part of planning, management and decision making in a democratic and participatory State.
This task is built thanks to the will of citizens with whom we jointly elaborate our policies, strategies and work methodologies; and the strengthening of initiatives for participation, as well as the fight against impunity and corruption that contribute to the consolidation of citizen power every day.
ParticipaEc was born in 2017 through the Project of Linking with the Society "Digital Literacy in Neighborhood Councils and Proposal for Community Technologies", and was developed by students from the School of Engineering in Electricity and Computation of ESPOL.
The purpose of this application is to provide new communication channels between the Neighborhood Councils and the CPCCS; allowing to make complaints and / or requests from any point of the country. In addition, read the latest news, view events in real time (streaming), content, and access our official social network accounts.
Thus, together with the citizens, we open roads, knowing that we are part of the longing of an entire people committed to the construction of Good Living for all.
